You can work with Quiver in two ways;
- Merchant Fulfilment → we deliver to customers from your store(s).
- Quiver Fulfilment → we hold your items in our micro-fulfilment centre in SE1 and deliver from there.
Quiver provides a range of delivery options that you can offer to your customers, 7 days a week;
Immediate Delivery → delivered within 60 minutes, between 08:00-00:00.
Delivery Window → customer can select a delivery window from 15 minutes to 4 hours, from 06:00-00:00.
Same Day Delivery → delivered before 8pm of the day of order.
Next Day Delivery → delivered on a day of the customers’ choosing (normally tomorrow), between 8am and 8pm.
There are two ways for Quiver deliveries be booked;
- Your online customers can select us as a delivery option at checkout.
- You can manually book a delivery through our dashboard (app.quiver.co.uk/deliveries/book) - demo for this here!
The Customer Experience
Our priority is ensuring your customers receive a magical delivery experience ✨
When a customer places an order, they will receive a confirmation email from Quiver with their delivery details, including the CO2 they saved by choosing us as their delivery option. They will also receive a link to a tracking page, where they will be able to track their order live, edit their delivery preferences and leave any notes for their courier.
Operating Times
Quiver operates from 06:00-00:00, 7 days a week, 364 days a year - we only take Christmas Day off!
Operating Radius
Quiver delivers within a 7 mile radius of either your store or Quiver's Fulfilment Centre. This covers 88% of London's population - I've shared a map below! Quiver's delivery options will simply not show if a customer's delivery address is outside of our delivery radius.

Quiver's operations are 100% carbon neutral. We use only electric vehicles for delivery (e-bikes, e-cargo bikes, e-mopeds, e-cars and e-vans) and use renewable electricity in our micro-fulfilment centre.
Quiver holds full goods in transit and freight insurance with Aviva. Please find proof of policy attached below.
