3. Let Your Customers Know

Quiver is a powerful tool to drive traffic to your website, boost your conversion rate, improve customer satisfaction and deepen customer retention.

On Site Messaging

Quiver has created dynamic on-site messaging that shows your customers on the product page when faster, emissionless delivery is available! It looks like this below… and a demo with how to install further down.

  1. A Hero banner at the top of your website calling out your speedy and emissionless delivery options.

  1. Making amendments to your existing Delivery FAQs is a quick win to educate customers. Recommended copy for this can below;
    1. Delivery/FAQ Page

      Need something in a hurry? We now offer faster delivery options for customers in London by Quiver.

      You’ll be able to choose between delivery window, immediate (within the hour!), same-day or next-day delivery. You’ll be able to track your order live, edit your delivery preferences and let your courier know where to leave the package if you’ll be out. Best of all, these deliveries will be made on electric vehicles, making this a totally emissionless delivery option!

    2. If Quiver only holds a selection of your stock, make it clear which items customers can receive via Quiver by creating a dedicated page. You can see some examples here - https://londonterrariums.com/about/terrarium-delivery-info, https://desmondanddempsey.com/collections/last-minute-gifts!

Social Media

Promotions

When launching, we encourage a promotion to boost usage, as 83% of customers who use Quiver once come back and shop again! This could either be in the form of a free add-on item, such as what Pink Diesel have done below, or creating a one-time use free delivery code for Quiver. If so we can do that for you, if you email matt@quiver.co.uk.
